This package is for groups of 5, friend/buddy system. You don't have to all be at the same location. All five parties can chime in on FaceTime at the same time. You can decide how you all will break up the payment for the Month. This type of training allows you to do it with friends and be comfortable training. Session are 30-45min of training. Yes, with me you can burn tons of fat in just 30min /2 sessions a week training. You can collectively decide if you want spot training (I.E glutes, back, legs or just total body.)

Connect your Apple watch or FitBit device with the app to track your daily activity levels and workout metrics like heart rate and calories burnt. After you connect your device you won't need to do anything else. The App will update me daily with your activity levels.
Check-in with weekly photos and measurements to keep track of your progress. Make amends whenever required. For ultimate results do a complete check-in. Each week you will be able to view your chart with progression.
Get frequent tweaks on your workout plan based on your heart rate, feedback and of course, your schedule & preferences. With this the weekly check-in is required.
Get meal plans based on your dietary preferences. Once you are ready to change your meal plan, send me a message with what you would like to see on your new plan. Never agree to something you know you won't eat or is too hard to prepare. I can breakdown the macros in the food choices you desire so that you're always satisfied. (Not for in-season competitors).
Client of the Month will receive 1 free month of training. Requirements are doing a full check in (measurements, weight and progress pics) every week and personal goals set by me for you to meet each month.
How often does my meal plan change?
Your meal plan can be changed as often as you like as long as it fits your overall goal. Just let me know what you would like changed out on plan.
What if I don't have access to certain training equipment at my gym?
Always review your workout plan the day before to make sure your able to complete training session. If you do not have access to certain equipment, just send me a message and that movement can be substitute for what you have access to.
As a first time competitor, will you pick my first show? Will be you available to attend my show?
Yes! Not all shows are created equal and there is a lot of information that you will need to know pertaining to that show. As far as attending shows, if its local to me (Jacksonville, FL) and im available then yes. If it is not local, then we can come up with a traveling package (paid by you) for flight, car rental and hotel.
